Program Manager

This role provides program leadership for the development, qualification, and transition to production of advanced Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems for the Defense and Space marketplace. The Program Manager defines project scope, objectives, and deliverables while developing and implementing project plans to ensure efficient execution and delivery. The position involves monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Control Systems business unit.
