Program Manager

The Program Manager serves as the single, full-authority leader for the RTI mission-support team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, providing total management and coordination of contract cost, schedule, performance, and quality. This role acts as the primary point of contact with the government, overseeing subcontractor integration, personnel transitions, and compliance with performance standards. The position requires managing technical progress, cost, and schedule reporting while ensuring timely delivery of all required contract documents.
