Program Manager

The Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and service delivery of Catholic Charities' Mission and Bayview Access Points, providing operational leadership for services supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The role involves supervising program staff, ensuring consistent delivery of trauma-informed and culturally responsive services, and collaborating with community partners to coordinate housing and support resources. This position requires independent judgment to resolve operational issues, manage compliance, and support staff development while acting as program leadership in the absence of the Program Director.
