KBR is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead a nationwide, safety-critical air traffic controller training program supporting the Federal Aviation Administration. This multi-year program delivers continuous, year-round training across 300+ locations nationwide, including the FAA Academy and field facilities. The role oversees a workforce of approximately 800 personnel and manages an annual budget exceeding $100M, serving as the primary interface with the FAA Program Office.
