Program Manager

This role leads multi-disciplinary global teams in developing and delivering new technology solutions for Corning's Optical Communications business segments. The Program Manager manages complex programs across a global matrixed organization, taking full responsibility for schedule, performance, and budget. The position involves building global program structures, securing resources, and directing technology projects from inception through completion. The role also requires interacting with external and internal customers to define requirements and communicating program status to executive sponsors.
