Program Manager

The Program Manager leads the CHEFS culinary training program, integrating durable skills, life skills, and job readiness into a trauma-informed curriculum for individuals experiencing homelessness. This fully onsite role involves daily classroom instruction, student intake and case management, and coordination with cross-functional teams to support participant success from enrollment through job placement. The position requires managing multiple program cohorts, ensuring compliance with funder requirements, and building external employment partnerships.
