Program Manager

This role supports plant and customer operations by managing new programs, plant projects, and implementing improvement and cost reduction suggestions. The position ensures timely and cost-effective implementation of design changes while facilitating material cost reduction activities and managing changes within profit plan parameters. The role also involves approving deviations, change requests, and change notices to achieve launch and change management objectives.
