McAlister Institute is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the Kiva Residential Recovery Center, reporting directly to the Chief Programs Officer. This leadership role focuses on program operations, contract compliance, staff supervision, quality assurance, and delivering high-quality substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health services. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 30 staff members and ensure a client-centered, trauma-informed treatment environment.
McAlister Institute for Treatment & Education is a nonprofit organization providing high-quality, low-cost substance abuse treatment, drug intervention, and recovery support services to more than 13,000 men, women, teens, and children throughout San Diego County. The organization operates 24 programs spanning prevention and education, outreach, intervention, outpatient and residential treatment, aftercare, and sober living.
