Program Manager

The Program Manager at Flex leads and coordinates cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring program objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and other internal stakeholders to drive successful program execution. The position involves managing program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while monitoring performance metrics and driving corrective actions. As the primary customer interface, the Program Manager manages escalations, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationship development while overseeing product lifecycle activities and supporting contract negotiations.
