Program Manager

The Program Manager for Strategic Systems leads and executes a portfolio of programs across solid rocket motors, chemicals, and explosives, reporting to the General Manager of Voyager Energetics. This role involves developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets and scope changes, and serving as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and government agencies. The position is based in Pueblo and Penrose, CO, with onsite or hybrid work options for highly qualified candidates.
