Program Mentor

The Program Mentor role supports students at Onward We Learn by building confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging through consistent mentorship and engaging program facilitation. Mentors create a safe, welcoming environment for afterschool and weekend programming while helping students navigate academic growth, leadership, and college access. This part-time, seasonal position is ideal for college students or recent graduates passionate about education and youth development.
