Program Model Specialist

This role provides intensive, hands-on services utilizing a Person Centered Approach to support individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. The position focuses on skill acquisition and community inclusion through structured activities in areas such as social skills, personal care, and behavior programming. The goal is to help participants achieve the highest degree of independence and growth possible.
