Program of Initial Resettlement (PIR) Caseworker

This position provides initial resettlement services to ORR-eligible individuals through the Program of Initial Resettlement (PIR), supporting clients during their initial resettlement period by addressing immediate needs and connecting them to community resources. The role involves conducting pre-arrival planning, performing needs assessments, and assisting clients with applications for benefits and healthcare to ensure a successful transition to life in the United States. The position requires maintaining detailed documentation, managing case stipends, and completing required reports within established contract timeframes to support client self-sufficiency.
