The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) is a nonprofit affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce that promotes democracy and inclusive economic growth by strengthening the private sector and business associations worldwide. Since 1983 it has worked with local partners to design business‑led solutions to socio‑economic challenges — from enterprise development and entrepreneurship to corporate governance, anti‑corruption, and trade and regulatory reform. CIPE delivers capacity building, policy advocacy, convening, and applied research to advance market‑oriented reforms and resilient democratic institutions. Governments, businesses, and civil society groups rely on its training and technical assistance to foster accountable markets and sustainable economic opportunity.
