About this role
PATH is seeking a Program Officer – Digital Health based in Bhubaneswar to support a pilot digital unified Care Coordination Model in selected districts of Odisha in partnership with the Government of Odisha and other stakeholders. The role supports rolling out an integrated, patient-centric care model leveraging tools like ABDM-enabled personal health records, call centers, HMIS, and dashboards. This is a 9-month contract role on third-party payroll (Randstad) with possible extension.
