About this role
The Pre-Award Program Officer supports business development for institutional donors within the IRC’s Resettlement, Asylum and Integration (RAI) Europe unit. As a temporary member of the RAM US team, the role provides end-to-end pre-award support from opportunity identification through proposal submission and award signature. The officer serves as a focal point across US country offices, RAM Business Development, technical advisors and partners to ensure high-quality, donor-compliant proposals.
