Program Officer – Selection and Administration

The Program Officer – Selection and Administration provides operational, administrative, and logistical support for the J. Christopher Stevens Digital Leaders Program, a U.S. Department of State-funded initiative connecting participants in the United States and the Middle East and North Africa. The role ensures smooth day-to-day program operations, maintains compliance with donor requirements, and supports a high-quality experience for over 4,000 participants across multiple countries and time zones. This Washington, D.C.-based position reports to the Program Director and involves coordinating recruitment, participant onboarding, and major program activities.
