About Refugees International

refugeesinternational.org

Refugees International is an independent advocacy organization that champions lifesaving assistance, protection, and human rights for refugees, internally displaced people, and stateless populations worldwide. It conducts field investigations and research to document crises, develop policy recommendations, and press governments, UN agencies, and other actors to implement practical, durable solutions. The group does not deliver aid directly but leverages evidence from the field to influence policy, funding, and operational responses. Based in Washington, D.C., Refugees International is funded by philanthropies and foundations to maintain independence and amplify displaced people’s voices in policymaking.
