About this role

The Program Officer supports the implementation of the PROPEL youth employment program in Uganda, coordinating field activities, managing partner engagements, and ensuring effective delivery of interventions for NEET youth. Reporting to the Program Manager, the role works closely with private sector partners, MEAL, finance, and operations teams to align activities with market realities and program objectives.
