Program Officer

The Program Officer provides operational and technical leadership for a project focused on sustaining political commitment, domestic financing, and community demand for routine immunization and HPV vaccination within a state's health system. The role serves as the primary point of contact for state government structures, manages a CSO partner, and oversees delivery across four key project pillars including evidence-to-policy translation, political engagement, domestic financing, and demand generation. This position requires strong coordination with various health and finance ministries to integrate project goals into existing state systems without creating parallel structures.
