Program Operation Manager

The Program Operation Manager serves as the primary interface between the Raytheon Program Office, factories, and customers, overseeing manufacturing operations and owning cost and schedule execution for the Loitering Munitions portfolio. This role leads the Manufacturing Operations organization, manages Earned Value Management processes, and ensures compliant deliverables that meet all customer contract and mission requirements. The position requires strong leadership skills to engage across functional organizations and drive successful production transitions.
