Program Operations Manager

The Program Operations Manager will own the operational setup and execution of new client programs, ensuring they are configured correctly, thoroughly tested, and delivered on time. This hands-on role serves as a central point of coordination across Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Payment Operations to translate client requirements into program configurations and manage implementation priorities. The position also involves supporting broader operational priorities and contributing to process improvements within the Payment Operations organization.
