Program Oversight & Implementation

The role leads the creation, implementation, and amendment of work plans and budgets, overseeing day‑to‑day GEAR UP activities across multiple school sites while ensuring alignment with federal objectives and local needs. It also supervises staff, manages data and reporting, ensures compliance and fiscal responsibility, and supports partnership development and communication.
