About this role

RTX is seeking a Program Management/Planning professional to support a program within the Naval directorate by developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide schedule and predictive analytics, ensuring compliance with government customer requirements, and supporting Earned Value management processes. This position requires onsite presence in Tucson, Arizona, and the ability to work with complex contractual baselines and target budgets.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for complex programs
Ensure IMS compliance with government customer requirements throughout program phases
Conduct detailed analysis including critical path and schedule variance assessments
Support EAC and LRE processes related to the program IMS
Communicate schedule status and critical path results to senior management and customers
