About this role

The Program Quality Lead for the F-15 Radar Sustainment Programs is responsible for quality and mission assurance for emerging domestic and international sustainment programs across F-15/US Air Force Radar Platforms. This onsite role in Forest, Mississippi, supports the Commercial Fighter Radars and Sustainment area and involves managing quality systems, advising teams on process improvement, and interfacing with program management and government partners. The position requires a U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage Quality Management Systems and customer quality flow down requirements
Advise multi-functional teams in problem resolution and process improvement activities
Provide Quality technical support including build readiness verification and nonconforming material control
