About this role

The Program Quality Lead drives a robust quality culture and ensures the program meets all Quality & Mission Assurance requirements for the KSA TPY-2 radar program. This role serves as the primary quality interface for customers and suppliers, coordinating with functional teams to oversee software/system engineering, production, and sustainment efforts. The position involves developing quality metrics, conducting independent reviews, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process predictability.
