Program Service Coordinator I

The Program Service Coordinator I oversees the provision of safe, stable, affordable housing for up to 75 tenants in Caring Communities SROs, ensuring they are fully engaged in their housing and community. This role involves leading the property management team, assessing tenant needs holistically, and connecting clients with necessary internal or external services. The coordinator also manages maintenance plans, handles tenant eligibility and move-in processes, and ensures timely rent collection and recertification.
