Public School Forum of North Carolina
The Program Specialist for the Exceptional Children Department provides monitoring, training, and instructional support to ensure compliance with federal and state special education guidelines. Acting as the EC Director’s liaison at the school level, the specialist coaches teachers, assists with curriculum alignment, and supports administrators in evaluating program effectiveness.
