About this role

The Manulife Contingent Workforce Program is seeking a Program Specialist to manage the day-to-day activities of its Statement of Work (SOW) program. This role oversees the lifecycle of professional services contracts, from intake and setup to resource onboarding, offboarding, invoicing, and service completion. The specialist will support global People Leaders by ensuring adherence to quality and delivery terms while maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Statement of Work contracts
Execute resource onboarding and offboarding in VMS systems
Handle complex invoice validation and payment processing
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations
Monitor service level agreements and budget thresholds for SOWs

Skills

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in customer support, helpdesk, technical, or vendor management support rolesFamiliarity with Fieldglass platformFamiliarity with contingent workers or professional services category processesProficiency in MS OfficePreferred: Working knowledge of SAP Fieldglass modules
