Program Staff

This role assists in planning, implementing, and supervising program areas such as education, while training and leading staff, volunteers, and youth members. The position involves driving a Salvation Army vehicle to transport youth and staff to the Red Shield Youth Center and community events. It focuses on promoting youth development skills and creating an engaging environment that fosters Christ-like character and leadership.
