Program Subcontracts Specialist

The Program Subcontracts Specialist manages approximately 25–35 subcontractors across multiple contracts, handling setup, work assignments, timesheet administration, and funding monitoring. This role serves as the primary point of contact for subcontractor Points of Contact, resolving day-to-day account needs and ensuring accurate contract administration. The position requires proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and strong coordination skills to interface with internal stakeholders and external partners.
