Program Supervisor - Crisis Respite

The Program Supervisor oversees daily operations and staff at both Crisis Respite Program houses, providing professional-level crisis intervention, case management, and timely responses to emergency situations. This position collaborates with community partners under the direction of the Crisis Program Director and/or Manager to ensure quality, person-centered services for clients. The role supports and promotes Trauma-Informed Care throughout both program settings, developing and strengthening staff skills in crisis intervention and client support.
