Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor leads crisis stabilization services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health needs, ensuring high‑quality care, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance. This full‑time role provides clinical and administrative supervision of DSP and nursing staff, coordinates with REACH clinical teams, and participates in a rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours support.
