Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor leads the EMPOWER Recreation & Wellness program, overseeing the planning, facilitation, and implementation of recreational and wellness activities for participants. This role involves direct supervision of direct care recreation para-professionals and assists in the recruitment and hiring of support staff. The position ensures that all programs are developed and executed to meet the specific needs, interests, and abilities of the participants.
