Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations and delivery of the Climate Works Pre-Apprenticeship program at the Springfield location. This role provides direct supervision to program staff, coordinates training schedules, and monitors participant progress and program outcomes. The position supports compliance with grant requirements and fosters relationships with employers, unions, and community stakeholders to facilitate career pathways in the construction industry.
