Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor leads and supports a team while helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live meaningful, fulfilling lives at home and in the community. This role involves mentoring staff, coordinating daily operations, and creating a safe, welcoming environment where individuals can build independence and thrive. The position combines leadership and hands-on support with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and some flexibility to accommodate program needs.
