Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor plans, organizes, and directs clinical therapeutic services for an adult population with substance use, serious mental illness, and dual diagnoses at a Terros Health Community Living or Flexcare Program location. This role oversees overall program performance, employee management, and client assessments to ensure high-quality care and compliance with organizational standards. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills to foster community relations and maintain program effectiveness.
