Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor ensures quality services are provided to the service population, particularly in crisis situations, while maintaining compliance with established state and federal standards. The role involves providing direct supervision, training, and technical support to Family Resource Center staff, as well as developing and delivering service plans. The position also requires acting as a liaison between the program and outside agencies, conducting community outreach, and maintaining confidentiality of client files.
