About this role

The Iowa Medicaid LTSS Competency-Based Training Specialist designs and delivers competency-based training, technical assistance, and consultation for LTSS providers and case managers across the state. The role focuses on improving understanding of and compliance with state and federal regulations while enhancing provider competencies in delivering long-term services and supports. The specialist also manages contract-related responsibilities, including accountability for metrics, deliverables, and project requirements. This position contributes to statewide quality and performance improvement initiatives within the Iowa Medicaid LTSS program.
