Programme Associate

The Programme Associate is a full-time, multi-layered position that owns the ThinkNG programme end-to-end, from daily execution during cohort delivery to participant engagement and learning support. The role ensures the programme runs as a structured, accountable system through scheduling, data management, and stakeholder coordination while serving as the primary point of contact for enrolled participants. Additionally, the Associate drives business development, manages external communications, and maintains monitoring and evaluation frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
