The Programme Executive will support the development, curation, documentation, and implementation of engagement programmes across St Luke's ElderCare's various care services. Working closely with the Programme Head and stakeholders, the role coordinates rollout, monitors fidelity, and ensures programmes are therapeutic, operationally effective, and scalable.
