Programme Manager (Community Stabilisation)

The Programme Manager (Community Stabilisation) leads the coordination and implementation of the European Union flagship stabilisation project and its integration with the FCDO project within the Transition and Recovery Pillar of the Somalia Country Office. This role involves managing programme development, monitoring, reporting, and staff supervision while fostering strong relationships with government counterparts, donors, and UN agencies. The position requires strategic oversight of stabilisation efforts aligned with the Government of Somalia's core objectives.
