About this role
The Programme Manager, Open Access Transformation will operationalize Springer Nature’s Open Access transition strategy by coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment with OA priorities. Reporting to the Director, OA Transformation, the role acts as the central point of contact between leadership and delivery teams to ensure projects are defined, resourced, and tracked. The role supports governance, KPI monitoring, and building internal awareness to help teams adopt new OA ways of working.
