Programme Manager

This role leads the end-to-end development of MOPO’s batteries and solar hubs, the core hardware enabling their clean energy access model across Sub-Saharan Africa. Based in Sheffield and working closely with the CEO, it coordinates multi-disciplinary teams and Chinese manufacturing partners to bring products from concept to production and field deployment. The position ensures products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and perform reliably in demanding real-world environments. It sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and supply chain within a fast-paced, mission-driven clean energy startup.
