Programme Manager

As a Programme Manager on the Empower team within GovTech's Innovation Office, you will drive digital culture and capabilities while building communities centred around practical AI adoption across the Singapore public service. This role sits at the intersection of technology, programme design, and community engagement, requiring you to independently drive initiatives, build AI-powered digital tools, and engage a wide network of public officers and industry partners. You will be responsible for scoping ambiguous problems, defining success measures, and recommending improvements to align initiatives with broader organisational goals.
