Programme Manager

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the planning function on the Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture Scheme, a landmark energy infrastructure project delivered in partnership with Eni. This role involves managing integrated project programmes across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities while serving as the principal planning interface with Eni. The position requires providing programme leadership, performance reporting, risk analysis, and strategic planning support throughout the project lifecycle.
