Programme Security Officer

Leonardo UK is seeking a Programme Security Officer (PSO) to serve as the de facto Head of Security for the Future Combat Air programme, including GCAP and national FCAS initiatives. The role involves managing security risks, ensuring compliance with contractual and policy requirements, and acting as the primary security advisor to the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO). Key duties include leading a team of security SMEs, validating third-party compliance, and embedding a positive security culture across the project.
