Programs Director

The Programs Director provides strategic leadership for Native Ways Federation's programmatic work, guiding implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement while cultivating relationships with Native-led nonprofits, donors, and philanthropic partners. This role leads external-facing initiatives, including a national giving campaign and year-round giving platform strategy, while representing the organization in public and private settings. As a member of the Leadership Team, the Programs Director helps shape organizational strategy to ensure programs grow in visibility, effectiveness, and long-term impact.
