Programs Facilitator

The Programs Facilitator administers a library of evidence‑based cognitive behavioral programs and delivers them to participants in a classroom setting. They prepare lesson plans, materials, and instructional hardware, track attendance and progress, and communicate status reports to staff and referral sources. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and interaction with a diverse offender population.
