Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse (RN)

The Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients by utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status and determine the priority of their problems and needs. This role acts as a service line between Med-Surg and ICU units, developing and performing patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes while ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. The position requires collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and serve as a safety advocate through ongoing quality improvement.
